Yes, we require a signed contract and deposit upon booking a project.
Please call the office at (541) 321-2090 or email us at office@ballardconstructllc.com to book a walk-through. We are generally booked out at least 2 weeks in advance for walk-throughs so please plan ahead.
We accept all major credit cards (credit will incur an additional % charge), ACH bank transfer, and checks (bounced checks will incur a fee).
We serve Corvallis, Eugene, Springfield, Monroe, Junction City, Harrisburg, Brownsville, Lebanon, Veneta, Pleasant Hill, Albany, and surrounding areas. We are happy to serve outside of our service areas such as the Oregon coast, central Oregon, and other Oregon areas. If you are outside of our service area, we charge a travel fee and if applicable lodging fees.
Scheduling a walk-through does not guarantee our services. We retain the right to accept and decline any project as we see fit. A walk-through does not guarantee an estimate, though we will communicate with you if we accept our decline your project.
We send out estimates 1-2 weeks after a walk-through.
An estimate is good for 14 days following the initial received date. After that, Ballard Construction reserves the right to re-evaluate the estimate. Once a contract is signed the price, scope of work, and timeline may be subject to change but will be clearly communicated and a change order signed by both parties.
We serve commercial and residential.
Yes, we offer some custom work with remodels dependent upon what it may be. If we do not offer it ourselves, we will subcontract out to someone who does.
If your construction project requires multiple construction specialties such as a remodel or new build, it is best to hire a general contractor as they will gather any necessary permits, book all subcontractors, coordinate the entire project, and communicate with all parties involved. This ensures that your project is done in a reasonable amount of time and more smoothly. It is not recommended to be your own general contractor as general contractors come with experience on how to manage a multi-faucet construction project. At Ballard Construction, we manage your entire project from start to finish, while doing our best to make it an easy transition for you.
Yes, we offer handyman services such as repair work and other small handyman projects. We are not an emergency service provider and will schedule your project at the soonest availability we have.
Yes, we offer outbuilding restoration services and damage restoration services (we are not an emergency restoration company). We will do our best to work with your insurance company for any damage restoration claims.
Yes, we work with you to pick out what fixtures, finishes, appliances, etc. you want for your remodel (within the budget of the contract). It is important to us that your style goals are accomplished. If you are unsure of what look you may want, the remodeling experts at Ballard Construction are here to offer our expertise or we have recommended designers that we can connect you with.
We do not offer work on the interior of manufactured homes. We do however offer some exterior construction services such as concrete, decks, pergolas, etc.
